County Line Raceway is a 3/8 mile clay oval located at 6953 Stagecoach Road in Elm City, N.C. The track has been in operation since May 21st, 1988. County Line Raceway is a family run track, currently being managed by James Upchurch and Brenda Holcombe.

Anyone under age 18 years of age MUST have a PARENT sign a pit insurance waiver form at time of purchase of pit admission in order to be allowed to enter the pits. NO EXCEPTION.
No cash refunds will be given. If the race is cancelled due to rain or any other situation prior to getting to the halfway point in the features, then we will announce on Facebook another race day those wristbands will be honored.

Halifax County Motor Speedway

Halifax County Motor Speedway "The Red Clay Bullring" is a 3/10 mile dirt track surfaced with red clay located conveniently off Hwy 561 East in Brinkleyville, North Carolina. The Speedway may have special events with appearances from other divisions throughout the season.

Most people know HCMS as former Clary's Speedway or Clary's Motor Speedway. In November of 2018 the track was purchased from recent owners to become the NEW Halifax County Motor Speedway. Under new management the Speedway opened in April of 2019 for a new beginning and currently opens each race season.
